How to Prepare

🌶️ Pani Puri Masala Water

Take 800 ml of clean, chilled water in a large bowl.

Add the Pani Puri Masala Powder.

Mix thoroughly until the masala is completely dissolved.

Taste and adjust the water according to your preference — make it more spicy, tangy or mild.

For an extra-refreshing experience, chill before serving.

Sweet Chutney

Take the Sweet Chutney Powder Sachet.

Mix it with approximately 50 ml of warm water.

Stir well until smooth and properly combined.

Adjust the consistency with a little more or less water according to your taste.

Make It Extra Loaded!

For a more authentic and satisfying pani puri experience, fill your puris with your favourite homemade filling.

Our recommendation:
Mix boiled potatoes and/or cooked peas with a little Pani Puri Masala for an extra desi kick.

Crispy Pani Puri Shells

For the best crispy experience:

Preheat your oven or air fryer to 180°C.

Warm the pani puri shells at 180°C for a short time until they become warm and extra crisp.

Allow them to cool slightly before filling.

Heating times may vary depending on your oven or air fryer. Keep a close eye on the puris to avoid over-browning.

How to Serve

Make a small opening in each crispy puri and fill it with your favourite potato or peas mixture. Add the prepared sweet chutney, dip or fill with the spicy pani, and enjoy immediately.
