Return & Refund Policy

At Dadi Amma, we want you to receive your products in good condition and have a positive experience with every order.

Because our products are food items, certain return and refund conditions apply for hygiene and food-safety reasons.

1. Food Products

For health, hygiene, and food-safety reasons, opened, used, or consumed food products generally cannot be returned.

If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, defective, or otherwise unsuitable due to an issue on our side, please contact us as soon as possible.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • Missing an item

  • With visibly compromised packaging

  • With another issue caused during fulfilment or delivery

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Your name and contact number

  • Photos/videos of the package and product

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the complaint and determine the appropriate resolution.

3. Eligible Resolutions

Depending on the situation, Dadi Amma may offer:

  • Product replacement

  • Replacement of the affected item

  • Refund of the affected item

  • Store credit

  • Another appropriate resolution agreed with the customer

4. Change of Mind

Due to the nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns simply because a customer has changed their mind or no longer wants the product.

5. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, the applicable refund amount will be processed through the available payment method or another agreed method.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

6. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges may be non-refundable unless the return, replacement, or refund is the result of an error attributable to Dadi Amma.

7. Order Cancellation

Order cancellation requests should be made as early as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
